Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship to Gallerie
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
